We specialize in quality baby gear including car seats, travel systems, nursery furniture, and feeding essentials. Our products are designed to grow with your family, just like our policies adapt to your needs.

2.1 Product Information

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However, slight variations may occur. Age/weight ranges for car seats and other safety products are manufacturer recommendations that must be followed.

2.2 Product Availability

Like your baby’s changing needs, inventory fluctuates. Items in your cart aren’t reserved until payment completes. If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you promptly.

2.3 Safety Compliance

All products meet applicable safety standards. It’s your responsibility to use products as intended (e.g., properly installing car seats according to manufacturer instructions).

4.3 Shipping Restrictions

We currently don’t ship to Asia or remote areas. Delivery estimates exclude customs delays, which are beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our returns policy is as flexible as our 4 Wheel Travel Systems:

• Window: 15 days from delivery date
• Condition: Unused, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging
• Process Time: 3-5 business days after we receive return
• Refund Method: Original payment

5.3 Non-Returnable Items

For safety/hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

• Used bath/changing items
• Personalized products
• Clearance items marked “final sale”

Contact us immediately with photos. We’ll arrange replacement/refund—no return needed in most cases.

We’re not liable for:
