Exchange Process
Need a different baby walker or car seat model? Our exchange process is simple:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Include a note specifying your desired replacement item
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened Bottle Feeding products and accessories (sterilizers, bottles, etc.)
- Used Bath & Changing Units or Bathtime accessories
- Personalized items (like monogrammed baby carriers)
- Clearance items marked as final sale
Damaged or Defective Items
If your car seat or other product arrives damaged (which is rare thanks to our rigorous safety checks):
