Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact). Just like our car seats adapt to your growing child, we aim to adapt to your needs.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Approval – Our parenting product specialists will respond faster than you can say “growth spurt!” (typically within 24 hours)
- Package Your Item securely in the original packaging (just like you’d secure your little one in our car seats)
- Ship It Back using the carrier of your choice to:

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges (because sometimes that baby walker isn’t quite right):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Include a note specifying your desired replacement item
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened Bottle Feeding products and accessories
- Used Bath & Changing Units or Bathtime accessories
- Personalized items (like monogrammed baby carriers)
- Clearance items marked as final sale
Damaged or Defective Items
If your car seat or other product arrives damaged (which we work as hard to prevent as we do on our multi-point safety checks):
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage and packaging
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund – no return needed in most cases
Important Notes
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service – just like we track your original order
- International returns may be subject to customs fees (just like our products sometimes are)
